		Civil Rights Litigation Civil rights litigation cases are handled on an hourly and contingency fee basis. The cost of representation is a reduced hourly fee as the case is negotiated and litigated. If the case results in a successful verdict or settlement, Clients remit to the Attorney a percentage of the verdict or settlement with credit for the attorney fees paid to date. If the case results in an unsuccessful verdict, Clients are only responsible for the attorney fees and costs incurred through trial. Employment Litigation Employment litigation cases are handled on an hourly and contingency fee basis. The cost of representation is is a reduced hourly fee as the case is negotiated and litigated. Retainers may be required and must be paid by cashier's check, money order, cash, VISA or MasterCard. Monthly bills may be paid by personal check, cashier's check, money order, cash, VISA or MasterCard.
